Experiences
My experience in management and leadership derives from many experiences. And these experiences are what lead me to a degree in management.
My first introduction into leadership was my job I started in high school. Azzip Pizza is where I started out as a team member but my passion for leadership and management got me to becoming a shift lead and then holding the Assistant General Manager position. This experience has taught me a lot from how to handle difficult conversations, how to be accommodating and supportive to all employees.

Another experience I had was getting to participate as a summer camp counselor at Flat Rock River YMCA Camp. It's not only help me touch lives of the younger generation but it also had a lasting impact on me. This experience not only taught me how to work well with others how to accomplish goals each and every day and to see my campers strive and achieve goals throughout the week.
